This policy explains what personal information Acctmarketplace (acctmarketplace.com) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, username, email address, phone number and country.
- Wallet and order records: top-ups, purchases, virtual number orders, refunds and transfers between your wallets.
- Payment references: when you fund your wallet, our payment partner Paymonetra processes the payment and tells us its reference and result. We never receive or store your card details, bank login or crypto wallet keys.
- Support messages: the tickets, messages and attachments you send us.
- Merchant details: if you sell on Acctmarketplace, the product information you upload and the bank details you give us for withdrawals.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, and login times. We use this to keep accounts secure.
How we use it
- To deliver the accounts, logs and virtual numbers you buy, and to keep your order history.
- To run your wallets, process top-ups, refunds and merchant withdrawals.
- To prevent fraud and abuse and to protect your account.
- To answer your support requests and send you important service messages.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
- Paymonetra, our payment partner, to process wallet top-ups in naira and USDT.
- Virtual number providers, who receive only the order details needed to supply a number. We do not send them your name or contact details.
- Our live chat service, when you choose to chat with us on the website.
- Authorities, when the law requires us to.
We do not sell your personal information.
Login details of accounts you buy
The login details of accounts you purchase are stored in your order history so you can access them again. Secure each account soon after you log in, as our rules explain.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and transaction records while your account is open and for as long as we need them for accounting, fraud prevention and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your account. Some records may be kept where the law requires it.
Security
Passwords are stored in encrypted (hashed) form and the website uses HTTPS. No system is completely secure, so keep your password and API key private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Acctmarketplace is for people aged 18 and over.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
