Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Acctmarketplace (acctmarketplace.com). By creating an account or buying from us, you agree to them and to the rules shown in your account under Rules.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older to use Acctmarketplace.
  • Keep your password and API key private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our rules.

Wallets and payments

  • You have two wallets: a logs wallet for accounts and logs, and an SMS wallet for virtual numbers. You can move funds between them.
  • Top-ups are processed by our payment partner Paymonetra, by bank transfer in naira or in USDT. Your wallet is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed.
  • USDT top-ups are credited in naira at the rate shown when you pay.

Accounts and logs

  • Products are digital goods. Login details are delivered to your order page as soon as your purchase is complete.
  • Accounts are checked before they are sold. Each listing shows its format and details.
  • Acctmarketplace is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X or any other platform. You are responsible for how you use the accounts you buy and for following each platform's rules and the law.
  • We are not responsible for what happens to an account after a successful login, including suspension, disabling or being logged out.

Virtual numbers

  • A virtual number is for receiving a verification code. Each number is active for a short time after purchase.
  • If no code arrives, you can cancel the number and the price goes back to your SMS wallet.
  • Once a code has been delivered, the number cannot be refunded.

Selling on Acctmarketplace

  • Merchants pay a one-time, non-refundable enrollment fee, shown on the application page. Applications are subject to approval.
  • Products uploaded by merchants are reviewed before buyers can see them. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what they sell.
  • Merchant withdrawals are paid to the bank account you provide, less the withdrawal fee shown on the withdrawals page, after review.
  • We may suspend or remove a merchant who breaks these terms.

API access

If you use our API, the same terms apply. Keep your API key secret; anyone who has it can spend from your wallets.

What you must not do

  • Use Acctmarketplace for fraud or any illegal activity.
  • Try to exploit errors, bugs or payment problems for your own gain. Funds received this way will be reversed.
  • Abuse or threaten our staff.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use Acctmarketplace means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
